Carrier & Timing: All international orders are shipped via DHL. Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days.
Returns & Refunds
All Sales Final - For product safety and hygiene, returns are not accepted except where required by law.
Please review product descriptions and ingredient lists carefully before purchasing.
Order Cancellations
Orders are processed in real time and may already be picked up by the carrier when a cancellation is requested.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee order cancellations once submitted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order on arrival.
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact info@grinnatural.com within 72 hours with:

Clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll review and offer a replacement, reshipment, or refund at our discretion.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, most Grin products cannot be resold and are non-returnable.
In rare cases, we may approve exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different variant, the fastest option is to place a new order.
If a return is approved, once received and inspected, we’ll process per our assessment.
Regional Consumer Rights

European Union: You have a 14-day cooling-off period for orders shipped into the EU. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all seals intact. Proof of purchase is required.

New Zealand & Australia: This policy does not affect your rights under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Other Regions: Mandatory consumer rights (if applicable) remain unaffected.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If 15 business days pass after approval and you haven’t received it, please contact support@grinnatural.com and your payment provider.
