2019 INSTAGRAM FLUORIDE CAMPAIGN



TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. The promoter is: Grin Natural Products Ltd (company no.9429041787687) whose registered office is at PO Box 548, Shortland Street, CBD Auckland, New Zealand, 1314.
    2. The competition is open to residents of the New Zealand aged 16 years or over, and excludes employees of Grin Natural Products Ltd, and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or administrating of the competition.
    3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
    4. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
    5. Promotion period is 10 December 2019 to 20th December 2019. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
    6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
    7. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

      ENTERING THE COMPETITION
    8. Fifty (50) winners will be randomly selected from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and or its agents.
    9. The promoter will notify the winner within 7 days of the promotion ending.
    10. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    11. The prize will either be:

      a. A Gift Pack including a Grin Natural Whitening Toothpaste with Fluoride and a Grin Natural BiodegradableToothbrush, A travel size of grin whitening toothpaste.

      b. A Gift Pack including a Grin Natural Whitening Toothpaste with Fluoride, a Grin Natural Biodegradable Toothbrush, a Grin Kids’ Natural Berry-Licious with Fluoride Toothpaste, and a Grin Kids Biodegradable Brush.
    12. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

    13. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

    14. Grin Natural Products Ltd will administer the competition and randomly select the fifty (50) winners through randomisation following the closing of the competition.

    15. Grin Natural Products Ltd‘s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.

SELECTED WINNERS

  1. Selected winners will be required to post a photo or a video on their Instagram timeline within 14 days of receiving their prize, which includes the following:

    a. A photo of the products that Grin Natural Products Ltd has sent to the winner.
    b. A caption which includes:

    i. The hashtags #showyourgrin #grinnatural
    ii. The following two Instragram handles @{yourinfluencer’s} and @grinnatural.
